It’s safe, accessible, and suitable for all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. You don’t need to be an expert in yoga to benefit. Each practice is simple to understand and takes only a few minutes a day, yet the positive effects on your body, mind, and wellbeing can be profound.

The primary objective of a DRU Breathwork Coach is to aid clients to improve the quality of their life through Breathwork.
As you coach I will:
- help you practice 3 times a day
- make things simple
- keep you on target so you get quick progression to your goals which we will set together
- determine your baseline starting point so you can see measurable improvement
- show you how to measure your CO2 tolerance so it can be increased
- enable slower breathing
- teach dynamic breathing so you breathe more often for longer in a safe and productive way
Key Principles of DRU Breathwork
A Dru Breathwork coach helps you focus on influencing the nervous system through changing the rate of breaths we take a minute.
We can change the ratio of breathing using the length of the IN and OUT breath.
Think of your IN breath as your gas pedal and your OUT breath as your brake pedal.
These levers either calm or stimulate your nervous system.
How often we breathe a minute is also a lever for efficient cell respiration by utilising CO2 combustion in our cells.

Pricing and Special Offers
The whole programme of 8 sessions of DRU Breathwork and is £425. If you pay for the whole programme upfront then you will qualify for a £50 discount reducing the price to £375.
The first session takes 1.5 hours. This covers the consultation; some breath tests to assess your baseline for monitoring your future progress; and teaching 3 breathing techniques for you to do daily in between future coaching sessions. Coaching requirements can made to suit your diary and tailored to your own personal progress. Personalised Whatsapp recordings can be provided if required to help you embed the techniques and perfect them.
The remaining programme is divided into 7 sessions of 30 minutes each and take place over an agreed timescale either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Messaging support is also available in between sessions from your coach to keep you on track.
Staged Payment Plan
A staged payment plan is available dividing the total cost into 2 parts which allows you to spread the costs and begin to benefit from the coaching immediately:
- Part 1 is £210 for the first 1.5hr session + 2 additional sessions.
- Part 2 is £210 for the remaining 5 sessions.
