Needle Free Hand Acupuncture
Needle free Acupuncture is a branch of Koryo Hand Therapy (also known as Korean Hand Acupuncture or KHT).
Koryo Hand Therapy can relieve symptoms of many diagnosed conditions.
It is particularly effective for pain management and quick relief from coughs and colds.
Dr Tae Woo Yoo developed the useful self-help therapy KHT in Korea in the 1970s. He based the therapy on the principle that the hand reflects the entire body. Most of the 401 acupuncture points map onto the palm, back of the hand, and fingers.
Western medicine still knows little about KHT. The therapy works only on the hands and uses several simple techniques. Practitioners apply acupressure with small metal press pellets taped to the skin. These pellets replace traditional deep needles and extend the effects of treatment.

Treatments from day 1 of Pregnancy
During Pregnancy for example, you are often unable to use medication or may not wish to use medication for various conditions. Needle-free acupuncture can be very helpful for nausea during pregnancy and because you can effectively self-treat once you have had one treatment it is a portable and economic treatment.
A simple Koryo Hand Therapy (KHT) technique to remove a headache is to wrap an elastic band around the end of each of your middle fingers and leave for a few minutes (do not do this if you have Raynauds Disease).
