Pregnancy Yoga in Person Block

Block Details:

In-Person Attendance: Join us at the Paradise Yoga Studio for an immersive Pregnancy Yoga experience. (If you want to attend on Zoom buy from here).

Registration: To register, buy a block from this website and fill in the health registration form before attending the class.

Location:
2 Paradise Rd, Kemnay AB51 5NB

Directions: Head down High Street, take the first right, and Paradise Clinic will be the first door on your right. You can park a few meters down the road in the car park on the left.

Dates for upcoming Session Dates all are numbers dependent and there are a potential 2 dates a week:

Block of Yoga Sessions: Mondays & Wednesday (Contact Melanie for exact dates)

Flexible Scheduling: If you have a group of friends interested in a different day, let us know, and we can arrange an alternative class time!

Missed a Session? If you can’t attend a Pregnancy Yoga session, a time-limited recording may be available upon request if booked before the class starts. Just text 07896 047 660.

Class Details:

Arrival Time: Please arrive by 6:20 PM to chat with other participants, both online and in the studio. Classes will start promptly at 6:30 PM.

What to Bring: If you prefer to sit on the floor for relaxation or meditation, please bring a yoga mat. Chairs and cushions are also available for your comfort. If you want to bring a birthing ball/have a bag to drop off at the clinic you are welcome to do that before you and park.

Departure Time: Please leave the building by 7:45pm to allow set up for next class at 8pm.

Terms & Conditions:

Recordings will be provided where possible for missed sessions; however, please note that there are no refunds. If you book and can’t attend any sessions, the total of £89 can be banked for a treatment at Paradise Clinic or gifted to a friend or relative.
