Melanie has also developed a Yoga Programme called YogaBites which aims to provide short 30 - 40 or 50 minute regular session of Yoga to clients.
Clients may be in a workplace situation or there maybe a large group of people in one place who are looking for something to do for 40-50 minutes!
The original concept came from observing a group of women who were waiting for their children to do gymnastics. They were having to wait on the premises as the young children could not be left but the women could not be in the same room.
Melanie devised a Yoga class that the women could complete in 40 minutes and taught the women (in the room next door to the gymnastics) on a weekly basis for the duration of the children’s class.
Following on from this concept Melanie could offer the YogaBites programme or develop something similar for your group!
