Terms and Conditions:
1. A Treatment Package is non-transferable.
2. All 6 appointments must be pre-booked. If no changes are made for any of the appointments then you get an extra 15 minutes of treatment added on the last session as a special thank you.
3. The package can be used for a total of 6; 30, 45, 1hr, 1hr 15 or 90 minute treatments. The session time must be decided at the outset. You may use the package for any treatment Reflexology, Japanese Reiki, Koryo Hand Therapy or Ear Reflexology or Relaxation/DRU Yoga individual lesson where there is appropriate time for that therapy. Simply discuss your needs with your therapist.
4. Rescheduling is allowed provided at least 24 hours notice is given.
If 24 hours is not given then you agree to pay the £30. This is to maintain fairness and parity with all other clients.
5. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice more than 2 times total during your block of sessions then you lose your free session. Remember you have not paid any more for each session!
6. Apongs or ear reflex balls are not included in the price of the package.
24 Hour Rule!
In order that we can continue to provide all our highly valued clients with exceptional service we have decided to utilise the 24 hour cancellation rule.
A £30 fee will be charged if a client cancels/reschedule in the 24 hours before their appointment.

Emails are not acceptable
To be fair to all clients there are no exceptions to this rule.
No Show Policy
If a client does not turn up for an appointment there will be a No Show Fee of 50% of the treatment cost. This is a fair representation of the time spent setting up the room, waiting 15 minutes for the client, and then time spent rescheduling a new appointment!

The Purpose of Processing Client Data
In order to give professional reflexology and other treatments and yoga classes and sessions I will need to gather and retain potentially sensitive information about your health. I will only use this information for informing reflexology treatments and associated recommendations concerning aspects of health and wellbeing which I will offer to you. I take basic contact details and information via my website to allow me to contact you and handle bookings. You can also choose to fill in the online forms so I can see your medical information prior to making up a treatment plan
Lawful Basis for holding and using Client Information
As a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, I abide by the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics. The lawful basis under which I hold and use your information is
- my requirement to hold your information for the following legal reasons
- ‘claims occurring’ insurance
- law regarding children’s records
- CNHC requirements to retain information
As I hold special category data (i.e. health related information), the Additional Condition under which I hold and use this information is: for me to fulfil my role as a health care practitioner bound under the AoR Confidentiality as defined in the AoR Code of Practice and Ethics.
What information I hold and what I do with it
In order to give treatments and yoga classes/sessions I will need to ask for and keep information about your health. I will only use this for informing treatments and yoga classes/sessions and any advice I give as a result of your treatment. The information to be held is:
- Your contact details
- Medical history and other health-related information (which I will take from you at first consultation)
- Treatment details and related notes (which I will take after each consultation)
I will NOT share your information with anyone else (other than within my own practice, or as required for legal process) without explaining why it is necessary, and getting your explicit consent.
How Long I Retain Your Information for
I will keep your information for the following ‘claims occurring’ insurance: (records to be kept for 8 years after last treatment)
- law regarding children’s records (records to be kept until the child is 25 or if 17 when treated, then 26)
- CNHC requirements to retain information for 8 years
Your data will not be transferred outside the EU without your consent.
Protecting Your Personal Data
I am committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place appropriate technical, physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
I will contact you using the contact preferences you give me in relation to:

THERAPIST’S RIGHTS
Please note:
- if you don’t agree to your therapist keeping records of information about you and your treatments, or if you don’t allow them to use the information in the way they need to for treatments, the therapist may not be able to treat you
- Your therapist has to keep your records of treatment for a certain period as described above, which may mean that even if you ask them to erase any details about you, they might have to keep these details until after that period has passed
- Your therapist can move their records between their computers and IT systems, as long as your details are protected from being seen by others without your permission.
Client agrees that they have read this document before sending in any personal data.
I have seen this document and understand that you will hold and use my personal information, using it in order to provide me with the best possible treatment options and advice in line with the statements above.
