  • GENTLE, SLOW MOVEMENTS ARE VERY BENEFICIAL. DON'T FEEL YOU HAVE TO KEEP UP - JUST GO AT YOUR OWN PACE.
  • DRU YOGA IS A VERY SAFE FORM OF YOGA HOWEVER DO NOT FEEL YOU HAVE TO PUSH YOURSELF TO STRETCH AS FAR AS YOUR COLLEAGUES - JUST PACE YOURSELF AND ENJOY THE CLASS!
  • YOU SHOULD LEAVE FEELING RELAXED AND NOT BE SORE THE NEXT DAY!
